Brighton and Hove is full of brilliant women, makers, leaders, creators, carers and community champions. Each year one woman stands out as someone who lifts others up, makes a real impact and embodies the city’s generous, pioneering spirit.

For 2026, the Brighton Girl Awards’ headline category, Brighton Girl of the Year, has drawn a stunning group of nominees whose collective story reflects what makes our city so special.
