London’s immersive cocktail experience that’s out of this world

Step through the portal and prepare to leave London behind. Hidden on Hackney Road, Avora: A New World Cocktail Experience invites guests to journey into another realm – a glowing, otherworldly environment where theatre, mixology and sustainability blend seamlessly.

Created by the imaginative team behind Alcotraz and Moonshine Saloon, Avora redefines what a night out can be. On arrival, guests are given explorer jumpsuits and guided through a narrative-driven experience that unfolds across spectacularly designed rooms filled with bioluminescent plants, alien landscapes and interactive storytelling. It’s part cocktail adventure, part immersive theatre – and completely unlike anywhere else in the capital.

Over the course of 90 minutes, explorers enjoy three stunning cocktails, each tied to the unfolding story. Expect mesmerising, colour-changing drinks served in bubbling beakers, glowing glassware and botanical vessels that feel as though they’ve been plucked from another planet. The creative mixology mirrors the fantasy environment, offering flavours that are as imaginative as the visuals surrounding them.

Beyond the theatrics, Avora carries a meaningful message. Sustainability is woven through the entire experience, from eco-conscious ingredients to a partnership that plants a tree for every ticket sold. It’s a reminder that even in a world of wonder and make believe, our connection to nature remains central.

Every element, from the performances and lighting to the sound design and storytelling is crafted to spark curiosity and joy. It’s a world that feels both futuristic and hopeful, inviting guests to explore, sip and celebrate creativity in all its forms.

Perfect for an unforgettable date night, a group adventure or a fresh twist on your next evening out, Avora delivers an escape like no other. For a few magical hours, London disappears and you become part of a new world entirely.
