The Brighton three-piece of Emma Morton\, Jon Griffin and Andy Thomas cast magic spells upon the listener. Their music is like a séance; an enchanted visit to the inside of a hollow hill.\nSairie now present their first full-length album\, ‘Beneath the Spreading Tree’. Her songs are a genre-bending blend of atmospheric\, gothic-tinged folk rock\, electronica\, and lush\, pastoral vocal harmonies\, complemented by visionary narrative lyrics. \nEliza released her debut solo album\, ‘The Lookerer’\, on Blue Matter Records. Described by Stewart Lee in The Idler as “the twenty-first-century filmic folk rock album everyone needs” and as “an entrancingly good debut\,” by Shindig Magazine\, The Lookerer received an enthusiastic reception and the limited edition LPs sold out soon after launch.
