Cultural stories and context are gently shared\, inviting a deeper connection to the practice. \nTraditional Lucky Knot Workshop\nYou’ll then be guided through the making of a Chinese lucky knot\, a centuries-old symbol of protection\, continuity\, and good fortune. The rhythmic weaving encourages calm focus and creative flow\, and each participant will take home their own handcrafted keepsake. \nCalming Guided Sound Bath\nThe experience closes with a calming guided sound bath using traditional instruments.
