We are highlighting some of the best acts from Brighton and across the south coast. Doors: 18:30 \nFriday 28 Aug: Nerdlesque: Day two of the Brighton Burlesque Festival & Summer Ball will be Nerdlesque\, our newest addition to the festival!\nFrom Fantasy to Sci-fi\, Literature to Anime\, it’s a celebration of all things Nerdlesque! Cosplay and fancy dress is encouraged\, there will be a prize for best dressed! Doors: 18:30 \nSaturday 29 Aug: Seaside Crown: Day three of the Brighton Burlesque Festival & Summer Ball will be a competition! Professional guest judges will decide a winner from an incredible line-up of Burlesque performers from across the UK and beyond\, as they compete for the Seaside Crown\, and a place in the line-up for Sunday’s Burlesque Ball. Doors: 18:30 \nSunday 30 Aug: Market\, workshops and Brighton Burlesque Summer Ball: Day four of the Brighton Burlesque Festival & Summer Ball will have a market\, workshops and of course\, in the evening\, get your gowns and tuxedos out again people\, we’re having another ball!  \nMarket: 13:00 – 16:30: There will be some market stalls to buy some burlesque bits and bobs\, performer merch\, accessories and of course tassels! Bring cash as well\, as some sellers may not have a card reader.  \nWorkshops: 14:00 – 16:00: There will be pop-up workshops throughout the afternoon\, taught by some of the evening’s performers. Schedule tbc.  \nThe market will be free to enter\, but a ticket will be needed to join workshops. Tickets for Sunday will grant access to the market\, the workshops and the show.  \nBrighton Burlesque Summer Ball: 18:00: In the evening\, it’s the Brighton Burlesque Summer Ball\, so it’s time to feel good and dress to express\, so get glammed up in your fancy threads\, and come celebrate an evening of high calibre burlesque featuring bonafide superstars from all around the world. For the Ball\, doors will open at 18:00 for mingling and drinks. You can expect an incredibly varied show\, representing a broad range of styles\, moods\, and creativity. After the show there will be time for more of a social\, and dancing. \nWagner Hall is a lovely venue\, just 10 minutes from Brighton Station and under 5 minutes to the sea\, on Regency Rd\, Brighton BN1 2RU. There is also a beautiful outdoor space\, The Fig Tree Garden\, for you to mingle and enjoy the Summer evening before and after the show\, and in the interval. The show is largely non verbal\, welcoming for a wide range of audiences\, including families and first time circus goers. \nA Glimmer Daze Gambit is a show about hope\, arrival and community. Stella and Kit have finally arrived at their dream home\, a circus. Desperate to join the troupe\, they have brought everything they think they might need. Having never seen a circus before\, they have had to imagine what might be of use.
