International Women’s Day 2026 Brighton Hosts a Unifying Gathering Redefining Confidence, Leadership, and Community

Brighton, UK — March 2026

This March, Brighton will host a powerful International Women’s Day gathering bringing together women, leaders, creatives, professionals, and community advocates under one roof to explore a vital collective theme: confidence as a force for healing, leadership, and social change.

Curated by Elif Köse, Transformational Confidence Coach, speaker, and founder of the Confidence movement, the International Women’s Day 2026 event is designed as a space for connection, reflection, and meaningful dialogue, offering an alternative to traditional conferences by centring humanity, compassion, and shared responsibility.

At a time when many women are navigating burnout, pressure, and identity shifts across personal and professional life, this gathering invites a deeper conversation: not about fixing women, but about strengthening the communities in which confidence can truly thrive.

“Community is where confidence truly thrives,” says Köse. “These gatherings bring people together from different backgrounds, experiences, and industries under one roof, not to divide, but to unite around a powerful shared message: that we can heal, lead, and create change through love and compassion. I am deeply grateful to all of our sponsors and supporters who are making this collective vision possible.”

A Gathering Rooted in Unity, Not Performance

The International Women’s Day 2026 Brighton event will feature a carefully curated selection of speakers and panel contributors spanning business, leadership, wellbeing, creativity, and social impact. Each voice has been chosen for depth, lived experience, and integrity, not just visibility.

The programme will include:

  • Keynote talks addressing confidence, leadership, and identity
  • Panel conversations exploring personal and collective transformation
  • Reflective moments designed to support integration, not overload
  • Opportunities for connection across communities and generations

Rather than promoting surface-level empowerment, the event creates space for women to reconnect with inner confidence and recognise how that internal alignment influences families, workplaces, and wider society.

Why This Conversation Matters Now

While women continue to excel in capability, research and lived experience show that confidence, shaped by culture, community, and conditioning, remains a significant barrier to visibility, wellbeing, and leadership.

This event reframes confidence not as an individual flaw to overcome, but as a collective responsibility that grows through belonging, safety, and support. By bringing diverse communities together, the gathering offers a powerful reminder that leadership rooted in compassion is not soft, it is transformative.

Brighton’s progressive, creative, and community-driven spirit provides the ideal backdrop for an event focused on unity, dialogue, and forward-thinking leadership.

With Gratitude to Sponsors and Supporters

International Women’s Day 2026 Brighton is made possible through the support of sponsors and community partners who share a commitment to wellbeing, leadership, and social impact. Their belief in this vision has helped bring together voices, stories, and communities in service of a larger message: that when women come together, confidence becomes collective and change becomes possible.
