Liberty Music PR March 2026

International Women’s Day always brings a quieter kind of reflection for me. Not the polished version we see online, but the real one that lives somewhere between nursery drop-offs, late-night emails, creative dreams and the constant balancing act so many women carry every single day.

When I started Liberty Music PR around a kitchen table while pregnant in 2016, I could not have imagined the community of women who would grow with it.

Today, that community includes brilliant minds like publicist Rachel, who guides artists through the emotional landscape of releasing music while championing women’s voices through her cultural writing.

Maria, an A&R and mother of two, reminds me daily that passion does not disappear with responsibility, it deepens; and Sofia Lorena Upton, the best account manager to her roster of artists at Liberty, brings instinct, artistry and empathy, shaped by dance, performance and her own creative practice.

The women we work with as artists continue to move me endlessly. Michelle Kash creates cinematic worlds of vulnerability and beauty that remind listeners they are not alone. Alina Ly transforms memory, grief and love into soundscapes that feel both intimate and expansive. Legendary soul voice Sybil shows us that artistry evolves across decades, returning with new energy and purpose.

Michelle Sara’s journey toward her authentic voice reflects the courage it takes to truly be heard. Hélène in Paris captures elegance and warmth through music that feels like light in winter. Lydia La Bard reimagines storytelling with bold theatrical imagination, while Kripa offers music rooted in empathy, connection and hope. Donna Dafi emerges as one of pop’s most compelling new voices, blending cross-cultural influence, raw honesty and fearless feminine power into music that feels both vulnerable and strong at the same time.

What connects all of these women is not just talent, it is resilience. It is the quiet decision to keep creating, keep leading, keep believing, even when the world feels uncertain.
