Ollie’s Jerk Shack is your one-stop shop for all your favourite Caribbean dishes. The menu offers classic curry goat, jerk chicken, oxtail, mac n’ cheese, calamari and more. Nestled in the historic Lanes of Brighton, Ollie’s is a cheerful and cosy establishment that will welcome you with a smile and a cocktail. Their cocktail menu is packed with classics as well as those with a Caribbean twist. Named after a family friend diagnosed with cancer, Ollie’s Jerk Shack is a restaurant with a heart.
