Nestled in the historic Lanes of Brighton, Ollie’s is a cheerful and cosy establishment that will welcome you with a smile and a cocktail. Their cocktail menu is packed with classics as well as those with a Caribbean twist. Named after a family friend diagnosed with cancer, Ollie’s Jerk Shack is a restaurant with a heart.
