Pride Weekend: Editor’s top picks

30 Jul, 2025

With so much happening over Pride weekend, our editor has handpicked the must-see events for LGBTQIA+ shenanigans in Brighton.

DJ Jack McNamara

Sat 2 Aug 20:30 @Pride Street Party

Catch local legend DJ Jack McNamara spinning at the iconic Pride Street Party on Marine Parade. He’ll be dropping a fire set featuring his latest release ‘Stir It Up’ (HOUZEWORKZ), with powerhouse vocals from house music royalty Angie Brown. She’ll be there in person for a live PA, so don’t miss it!

Official Pride After Party

Sat 2 Aug 23:00–04:00 @Concorde 2

Concorde 2 hosts one of the weekend’s hottest after parties. The fabulous Bimini headlines with a sure-to-be-unforgettable performance, joined by dancefloor dynamos Joshua James, Spinona Ryder and DJ Ferg. Expect big energy, banging tunes and pure queer joy until sunrise.

G.IRL Brighton Pride After Party

Sat 2 Aug 21:00 @Brighton i360

For a truly elevated experience (literally), join G.IRL at their debut Brighton Pride bash at the i360. Think panoramic views, a private beachfront terrace, and your fave anthems spun by G.IRL DJs. Doors open at 21:00, with a limited-capacity 25-minute flight at 9:30, first come, first served. Don’t be late!

Gender Trouble Presents: Corporate Pride

Sat 2 Aug 21:00–03:00 @Alphabet Brighton

Sick of rainbow capitalism? Or maybe you’re here for it? Either way, Corporate Pride is Brighton Pride’s most ironic (and iconic) night out. It’s a free/pay-what-you-feel party meets power-suit fantasy. Expect Italo-disco, homoerotic EBM and disco sleaze, spun by resident DJs; plus live acts including business-goth synth stars Massive Luxury Overdose and the fabulous Vasha. Dress code: executive realness, CEO slay, new money, or just come as your most ambitious self. Hosted by Mx Mother Misha, who will be awarding fabulous prizes to the fiercest looks. RSVP: gender-corp.neocities.org
