Local creative dynamo Mark, owner at Puzzle Bored, is busier than ever this autumn, launching a series of inclusive community sessions designed to bring people together through craft, creativity and connection.
From 4 Nov, a six-week series of after-school craft clubs will launch at Puzzle Bored, giving home-educated children and families a welcoming space to get hands-on with art and design. On 12 Nov, there’s even a special space-themed session helping kids explore their imagination and making in a fun, supportive environment.
Puzzle Bored’s mission goes far beyond glue sticks and glitter. Spotting a gap in local social opportunities, Mark is also launching BANG Brighton (Brighton Adult Neurodivergent Group), a weekly meet-up for neurodivergent adults aged 40+, offering a relaxed space to chat, connect and share experiences.
Not stopping there, he’s also introducing BRAND (Brighton Retired and Neurodiverse), a friendly daytime group for over-60s. “There are so few places for older neurodivergent people to meet,” Mark says. “These groups are about belonging – somewhere safe, inclusive and fun.”
Whether you’re home-schooled, neurodivergent or just looking for a creative community, Puzzle Bored’s projects are helping Brighton stay as colourful and inclusive as ever. For more details and upcoming dates, visit the website.
