Sasha Velour: The Big Reveal Live Show

1 Mar, 2024

Whats On Brighton Highlights 10/3 @Brighton Dome 7.30pm

The gender fluid drag queen, visual artist, speaker, illustrator and author has been a force on the international drag scene long before her win on RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2017. She began by selling self published zines and comics at conventions before founding Velour, the Drag Magazine in 2014, which ran for two years. After her success on the show she founded a production company, The House of Velour, and was featured in Variety’s Power of New York List 2019. Earlier this year she released her debut book, The Big Reveal: An Illustrated Manifesto of Drag, which illuminated the rich history and revolutionary spirit of this unique form of expression and was announced as one of the new hosts for the fourth season of HBO’s We’re Here. Tonight, you can expect an immersive evening of drag, storytelling and live art featuring iconic new performances and an after-show book signing.
