Coping with life overwhelm: The Life Reset Coach Brighton

For many of us, life can feel louder, faster and increasingly difficult to manage. We spoke with Connor, founder of The Life Reset Coach Brighton, whose mission is to support those living in overwhelm, burnout, or survival mode, especially within the neurodivergent community.

For readers who don’t know you yet, how would you describe what you do? I’m a life overwhelm and ADHD coach, and I work with people who feel stressed, burnt out or stuck in constant firefighting mode. My focus is on helping clients take back control through practical, neurodivergent-friendly systems and supportive one-to-one coaching. A big part of my mission is accessibility: coaching can be expensive, and support for neurodivergent people, especially those with ADHD, often comes with long wait times. I wanted to create something different: affordable, compassionate and genuinely useful.

You work a lot with neurodivergent clients. What does that look like in practice? Many people with ADHD struggle with traditional coping techniques, rigid systems or maintaining consistency, which can create a cycle of shame and exhaustion. My coaching offers tailored strategies that actually work for neurodivergent brains, ones that account for busy schedules, fluctuating energy and the need for flexibility. We focus on rebuilding confidence, managing stress and creating realistic routines that still function during chaotic periods of life.

What makes your approach unique? Unlike most coaching or therapy formats, I provide a detailed session summary after every session. Clients don’t have to take notes or worry about remembering everything; they can stay fully present. The summaries include clear, actionable steps so they leave knowing exactly what to focus on before we meet again.

How do you structure your work with clients? We work together over a set period of time with regular sessions. The focus is always on overcoming overwhelm, improving productivity without burnout and building sustainable habits that genuinely fit the person’s real life, not their ideal one.

And, finally, you’re offering something special for our readers…Yes! I’m offering Discover Brighton readers an exclusive 50% off their first full coaching session, plus 70% off their fifth session booked, a first for me, and a way of giving back to our local community as we enter the new year. Message me on Instagram using code ‘Discover’ to book.
