Brighton Gin. Brighton Gin uses only sustainable glass from a UK glass recycling plant, every piece of cardboard is also reused as inserts for gin cases and packing. Brighton & Hove Wood Recycling Project. Founded in 1998, Brighton & Hove Wood Recycling Project was the first of its kind in the country, dedicated to recycling waste timber – seeing it for what it really is: not something to discard but a precious resource.
