One Garden Brighton March 2026

One Garden Brighton sits within the restored walled garden at Stanmer Park and, though entry to the garden is always free, its events schedule for March and early April 2026 offers everything from hands‑on workshops to nature‑connected wellbeing sessions and family activities. The garden is open daily with One Kitchen cafe and One Market stalls for seasonal food and local produce as you explore.

Herbal Medicine Journey: Year‑long course | starts Sat 7 March

This immersive 12‑month course takes place once a month at One Garden, guiding participants through the world of medicinal plants, natural remedies and seasonal wellbeing, blending theory with hands‑on learning in the garden and woodlands. It’s ideal for anyone curious about foraging, plant medicine and wellness rooted in nature.

International Women’s Day: Women’s Health Session | Sun 8 March

Marking International Women’s Day, this community‑centred session focuses on women’s health and wellbeing with herbal insight and supportive conversation in a welcoming outdoor setting – a chance to connect with others and explore natural approaches to wellbeing as spring arrives.

Tango Tots | Tue 3 March

Imagination Walk | Tue 17 & 21 March

These playful, outdoor nature sessions for under‑5s bring stories, music and movement to life among the gardens, a lovely way for small people to connect with the natural world. Tickets are usually around £7 per child and can be booked in advance.

Seasonal longer courses

Beyond March, additional coursed‑linked events continue, for example, a Sunday medicinal plants course beginning in late April offers deeper herbal study and woodland exploration for committed and curious learners.

Whether you’re interested in deepening your plant knowledge, celebrating wellness, or simply enjoying gentle family activities in a beautiful garden setting, One Garden Brighton’s March–April schedule blends creativity, nature and community right on the edge of the South Downs.
