What’s On / One Garden Brighton February 2025

30 Jan, 2025

February is full of exciting activities at One Garden Brighton, with something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re a keen gardener, looking for family fun, or just want to pop by for some great food, there’s plenty happening this month.

Gardeners’ Q&A Series. Our monthly Gardeners’ Q&A sessions are a great way to brush up on your gardening know-how. This month, the team will be talking about seasonal topics like pruning and propagation. It’s a chance to learn something new, ask questions, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon rounded off with tea and freshly baked scones at One Kitchen.

New Horticulture and Floristry Workshops. We’re also running one-day workshops throughout 2025, perfect for anyone looking to try something hands-on. Topics include Pruning at the Right Time, Making Your Own Compost, and Foraging Floristry, where you’ll learn to create beautiful arrangements using natural finds. Whether you’re a beginner or have more experience, these workshops are a great way to pick up tips and get creative.

Family Fun This Half-Term. There’s plenty for families to do during half-term. Kids can enjoy craft drop-ins, puppet-making workshops, Tango Tots, and storytelling sessions with local artist LoopLoop. It’s all about sparking creativity and making the most of the school break.

Seasonal Flavours at One Kitchen. Don’t forget to stop by One Kitchen while you’re here. The new menu is full of seasonal dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Whether you fancy brunch, lunch, or just a slice of cake with a coffee, it’s a lovely way to round off your visit.

There’s so much happening this February at One Garden Brighton. Pop in, book a workshop, or simply enjoy the gardens as they start to come to life for spring. For more details, visit www.onegardenbrighton.com
