Honest Burgers is launching a brand-new burger inspired by the local beer, Joosy, by Brighton-based brewery, UnBarred. UnBarred embrace their Brighton roots, working with local artists, independent businesses, and Brighton-based creatives. The Brighton-based brewery will be at the restaurant for the launch on 3rd September to giveaway their Joosy beer all day which can be enjoyed alongside the new Brighton Burger. The burger, which will be exclusive to Brighton will feature Honest beef, candied bacon, double American cheese, Joosy-beer braised onions, burger sauce, mustard, onion and pickles. Joosy is a refreshing, hazy pale ale with intense notes of citrus fruits, sweet tangerine, grapefruit which is packed with American hops.
