Angels’ Den Sussex 2026
Angels’ Den Sussex 2026
Focus Foundation is set to bring Angel’s Den back to Sussex for a second year on the 9th November, this time at the iconic Brighton Dome Corn Exchange. The event will invite 10 incredible grassroots charities to step up to the podium, pitching for the opportunity to secure £150,000 of transformational funding for innovative projects that will make a lasting difference in their communities.
You’ll get a rare opportunity to hear from local charities delivering vital support in their communities, the lives they’re helping to change and what they could achieve with more support. They’re creating opportunities for young people, protecting mental health, tackling inequality and strengthening the communities around them – often with limited resources but no shortage of determination.
Our 6 Angel investors will each have £12,500 to award (match funded by Focus Foundation), bringing their generosity, experience and enthusiasm to the evening. And the Angels aren’t the only ones making a decision. Just like last year, you, the audience, get a say too. Every ticket contributes to the Audience Vote, helping decide which charity receives additional funding on the night.
Last year, £104,690 was awarded to ten charities. Among them, The Children’s Respite Trust received £17,500 from the Angels’, plus a further £13,440 activated through the audience vote. That support enabled a new outdoor space and over 2,000 extra hours of respite support for families across Sussex.
On Monday 9th November, we’ll be there to cheer them on, hear their stories and watch life changing funding decisions unfold. Will you?
