Description: Inferno Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training done in a room at about 38 degrees with bands and hand weights. This session is an hour of fun exercise with amazing music. You will have so much fun doing exercises in such a way that you build strength quickly by breaking down muscles and building them closer to the bone. This session when done with friend and college creates great team work and allows you to work to your natural strengths.
