Montagu Denis Wyatt Don OBE VMH is a horticulturist and writer who made his TV debut in 1989 as a regular on This Morning. This led to further television work over the next decade before he replaced Alan Titchmarsh as the lead presenter of Gardeners’ World in 2003, becoming the first self-taught horticulturist presenter in the show’s history. Since 2011 the programme has come from his own garden in Herefordshire. He has written and presented his own series for the BBC and Channel 4 and once again replaced Titchmarsh in 2014, becoming lead presenter for the coverage of the Chelsea Flower Show. After a sell-out tour in 2022, he is heading back on the road to share tales from his career and how he fell in love with the natural world. With something for seasoned gardeners and novices alike, this promises to be the ultimate Monty Don experience.
