Not a Band – Jingle Ball Xmas Party

11 Dec, 2024

Live Themes and Memes

Do not adjust your TV sets… welcome to the world of Not A Band

This December 20th, Not a Band Xmas Party snowballs into The Rosehill to kickstart that festive feeling you have been searching for. Expect live performances of classic theme tunes decoratively wrapped with costume changes, live visuals, and samples all from your favourite movies and TV shows: think Only Fools and Horses, Grange Hill, Knight Rider, James Bond, Rocky, Ghostbusters, Doctor Who, Minder, and more.

Holding an Argos catalogue of cross-generational tunes under their belt, this human jukebox time-travels almost as well as the Doctor himself, so rest assured, no FOMO (that’s “fear of missing out” for the older crowd) will be had here. After all, they don’t call them cult classics for nothing, not when Not A Band’s rendition of The A-Team theme gets everyone roaring along to lyrics that don’t even exist.

Whether you’re gathering with mates for a festive catch-up before the big day, or making it the setting for the infamous office get-together, Not a Band Xmas Party brings the gift of unadulterated silliness. It’s an ’80s retro party with added jingle bells, so expect seamless transitions and top-tier showmanship from a quartet of musical mischief-makers. Hosted in the cozy haven of The Rosehill, it’s the perfect time to sip on a mulled wine and geek out over the soundtracks of forgotten masterpieces.

20th December 7pm @ The Rosehill. £8 advance tickets. Christmas jumpers welcome.
