One Garden Brighton June 2026

Summer is in full bloom at One Garden Brighton this June, with a packed calendar of creative workshops, floristry classes and garden-inspired events set within the beautiful Stanmer Park grounds. Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill, embrace your creative side or simply spend more time outdoors, there’s something for everyone this month.

Kicking things off on 4 June is the Sourdough and the Cultivation of Wild Yeast course, a hands-on workshop exploring the art of traditional breadmaking and fermentation. Perfect for foodies and aspiring bakers, the session dives into natural starters, flavour development and artisan baking techniques. On the same day, the ever-popular Monthly Watercolour & Mixed Media Workshop returns, offering a relaxed and creative space for artists of all abilities to experiment with colour, texture and botanical inspiration.

Floristry lovers are spoiled for choice this month. On 6 June, the Flower Crown Workshop invites guests to create stunning seasonal floral headpieces using fresh blooms and foliage – ideal for festival season or summer celebrations. Meanwhile, the Introduction to Floristry workshop on 13 June, led by expert tutors from Plumpton College, is designed for beginners wanting to learn bouquet-making, flower conditioning and arrangement techniques in a beautiful garden setting. For green-fingered visitors, the Gardener to Garden Designer Workshop on 13 June offers practical guidance on transforming planting passion into cohesive garden design, making it ideal for home gardeners looking to level up their outdoor spaces.

Another Monthly Watercolour & Mixed Media Workshop rounds off the month on 19 June. Beyond the workshops, visitors can enjoy the site’s plant market, café and beautifully restored walled garden, now recognised as an RHS Partner Garden for 2026. Open daily and free to enter, One Garden Brighton continues to establish itself as one of Brighton’s most vibrant community spaces for creativity, wellbeing and horticulture.
