Paper Daisy Brighton Christmas Markets. A decade of festive joy supporting small local business with Paper Daisy

Paper Daisy is celebrating ten years of supporting independent businesses with three festive makers’ fairs, spanning five days at three distinctive venues across Brighton, Hove and Shoreham.

Christmas shopping becomes a pleasure when it comes with a warm welcome, beautifully made gifts and the chance to meet the people who created them. This festive season, Paper Daisy invites visitors to make shopping small part of their Christmas traditions, with thoughtfully curated fairs bringing together talented makers, artists and local producers. Founded and run solely by Bryony Reynolds, Paper Daisy has grown from a passion for creativity, community and supporting small businesses. Now celebrating her tenth year of organising events, Bryony continues to personally select exhibitors and create welcoming spaces where local creativity can shine.

Paper Daisy has also been recognised as a finalist for Best Experience in the 2026 Brighton Girl Awards, and if you pop along to one of the events it’s easy to see why. Each fair offers a varied selection of gifts, including handmade jewellery, ceramics, original artwork, wellness and beauty, locally produced small-batch produce, homewares and seasonal treats. Visitors can chat to the makers, hear their stories and discover the care and skill behind their work, while finding thoughtful gifts that feel personal.

It’s this connection that makes a Paper Daisy makers’ fair special. Every purchase supports an independent business and gives shoppers the chance to take home something with a story behind it. The experience goes beyond shopping, too. Across the festive programme, visitors can enjoy food and drinks, live entertainment, family attractions and creative activities, with each venue offering its own mix. Whether meeting friends, bringing the family or enjoying a leisurely browse, there are plenty of reasons to stay a little longer.

The programme begins at Hove’s historic British Engineerium, followed by a community Christmas celebration at The Shoreham Centre and a festive weekend at Wagner Hall in central Brighton. As Paper Daisy celebrates a decade of bringing makers and communities together, the invitation is simple: discover something magical, support independent businesses and make shopping small part of your festive traditions.
