The space

The front door opens onto the entrance hallway. Cheerful artwork on the walls gives you a warm welcome already! Take the carpeted stairs up to the first floor to find the open-plan kitchen-living space, a large sunny room with plenty of natural light. To your right is the kitchen area: modern and in pristine condition, this is your blank canvas for whipping up a culinary masterpiece if you fancy. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the usual amenities. There’s lots of storage and ample countertop space.

Moving along the room, there’s two benches with seating: perfect to sit and enjoy that culinary masterpiece or maybe a meal from one of the (many) great restaurants nearby.
Continue to find the lounge area. At one end, there are two cosy armchairs. A beautiful corner sofa sits in front of a large smart TV, accompanied by a cosy rug and a handsome chest coffee table. Ready to put your feet up? You’re in the right place!
Another lovely, comfy sofa sits in front of bay windows that look out onto the park beyond and St Peter’s Church. There’s lots of great little finishing touches in the lounge area: modern artwork, low lighting and even games.
Return to the hallway and take the stairs to the second floor. The first room to your right is an attractive double bedroom. This has a double bed with plenty of cosy furnishings, plus clothes rail ready for you to make yourself at home. This bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, too – modern and finished to a high standard, this includes a roomy shower with dual shower head, plus heated towel rail.

Moving further down the hallway takes you to a large double bedroom. This has a gorgeous fireplace, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s a double bed with cushions and throws for extra comfort. This room has a view over the park, too.
Continue on further to find the third bedroom: this has two single beds, clothes rail and chest of drawers. There are cosy touches in here and cheerful colours – plus another view over the park!

The final room is the main bathroom. This is a fabulous space: pristine and modern. There’s a walk-in shower with dual shower head, ready for you to step into after a day at the beach or strolling The Lanes. Or if you’d rather have a soak after an evening in one of Brighton’s fantastic restaurants then no need to worry – there’s a bath here too. There’s also a heated towel rail for your comfort.
