Reginald Rose’s gripping court room thriller brings the classic 1957 three-time Academy Award nominated film to the stage. Starring Henry Fonda and widely regarded as one of the best films of all time, this adaptation for the stage has enjoyed a record-breaking West End season. A jury must decide the fate of a young man accused of killing his father but what appears to be an open and shut case soon becomes a huge dilemma. The production features a host of former soap stars who are no strangers when it comes to drama and conflict. Patrick Duffy, best known for his role as Bobby Ewing in the hit 80’s TV show Dallas stars alongside Coronation Street actors Grey O’Brien and Tristan Gemmill, Michael Grecco from Eastenders, Soldier Soldier’s Ben Nealon and Gary Webster who rose to fame as Arthur Daley’s nephew in the later seasons of Minder.
