About the Role: As a Media Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our advertising reach. Your main task will be to connect with local businesses and help them understand the benefits of advertising with Discover Brighton. This role involves strategic outreach, negotiation, and building lasting relationships with our advertising partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Present and sell advertising spaces using a consultative approach.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in media sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
