We Intend To Cause Havoc were the biggest rock band in Zambia in the 1970s, fusing rock and funk influences to spearhead a new genre dubbed Zamrock. The band has recently reformed with original frontman and co-founder Emmanuel ‘Jagari’ Chanda, now in his seventies.
