You Me At Six: The Final Nights Of Six

30 Jan, 2025

Sat 15th Feb @ Brighton Dome

You Me At Six, formed in 2004 in Surrey, quickly rose to prominence within the pop-punk and alternative rock scenes. Consisting of lead vocalist Josh Franceschi, guitarist Max Helyer, bassist Matt Barnes, drummer Dan Flint, and guitarist Chris Miller, the band gained critical acclaim and a loyal fanbase with their energetic performances and relatable lyrics.

Over the years, YMAS has achieved remarkable career highlights, including two No.1 albums, extensive world tours, and streaming numbers that topped over a billion worldwide, showcasing their wide-reaching influence in the music world. Albums such as ‘Hold Me Down’ and ‘Sinners Never Sleep’ not only captured the essence of their pop-punk roots but also highlighted their artistic evolution, solidifying their place in the modern music landscape. Their sound transitioned from youthful exuberance to a more mature and introspective tone, which culminated in their last album, ‘Truth Decay,’ released in 2023, and met with universal acclaim.

In 2024, fans were met with the bittersweet news that the band had decided to part ways. This decision came after a series of introspective discussions among the members, during which they felt it was time to embrace new adventures while cherishing the legacy they had built together. The announcement was met with disappointment from their devoted followers, who had connected deeply with the band’s music and journey.

To celebrate their impactful career, You Me At Six will embark on a concluding tour aptly titled ‘The Final Nights Of Six.’ The tour is set to kick off in Brighton at the Brighton Dome on the 15th of February, where they’ll be performing their best hits. Fans can expect an emotional evening filled with nostalgia, reflecting on the band’s incredible journey through poignant performances and cherished memories. As YMAS prepares to close this chapter, their music will continue to resonate, leaving an indelible mark on the alternative rock scene and their fans worldwide.
