One of the most influential electronic acts of the 21st century, Faithless have sold over 20 million albums since their debut release, Reverence, in 1996. Formed a year earlier by Maxi Jazz, Rollo and Sister Bliss the live aspect of the ensemble has always been to the forefront, with their first show at London’s Jazz Cafe selling out. They toured globally as the album went gold or platinum across the world and sold over a million copies of each of their first two singles, Salva Mea and Insomnia. Their second album, Sunday 8pm, was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and they became a major touring force headlining festivals including Glastonbury. In 2022 Maxi Jazz sadly passed away and the band’s compilation, Forever Faithless, re-entered the UK Download chart at number 7. They release their eighth album, Champion Sound, this year and visit Brighton with a full live band.
