A brand new cocktail bar and restaurant specialising in sliced smoked brisket has opened its doors on Duke Street in Brighton’s North Laine. The ethos of the venue is promoting good food and family fun. Twisted Brisket strives to make the best  product, by using a low and slow cooking process. Why not pop in and treat yourself to a West Coast Bloody Mary and some Texas Beef Ribs?
