Moments of Kalmfulness gallery

Seafront Gallery 54 Kings Road, Brighton

Kalms Herbal Remedies, a leading emotional wellbeing brand, created the exhibition in response to research showing that 42% of UK adults struggle to find moments of calm in daily life. Originally developed as a digital sanctuary, the Moments of Kalmfulness gallery has now been brought to life as a physical experience on Brighton’s iconic seafront. The exhibition explores the concept of ‘kalmfulness’ – a state of feeling peaceful and balanced amid everyday life – and encourages people to embrace small, achievable ways to reduce stress. Kalmfulness can be found in simple, everyday moments – from taking a few deep breaths to spending time outdoors or connecting with loved ones. This idea sits at the heart of the Moments of Kalmfulness gallery, which brings these everyday moments to life through calming imagery designed to help visitors pause and reset. The concept is supported by research showing the impact of visual calm. While 65% of UK adults say time outdoors helps them feel more relaxed, over half (52%) say that even viewing images of nature or tranquil scenes can help them feel more at ease. Visitors can explore a carefully curated collection of images capturing moments of peace and tranquillity. The gallery […]

A hysterical historical mash-up where Kings clash, therapy endures, and laughter reigns supreme. The Monarchs are not amused. Marie is moping, Mansa Musa’s in a mood, and Tutankhamun has tottered off back to his mummy. Worse still, someone has leaked their secrets to the press!
