Ctrl+Alt+Jazz presents Toast Club is the new promotions label started by Brighton jazz-rock band Meet Your Heroes. It was created to build a community of bands and artists pushing the jazz genre to its heavier fringes. Following the raucous C+A+J debut in London in April, the fusion train rolls forth to The Bee’s Mouth in Hove on Thursday 14th May 2026, as part of the Alt Alt Escape festival. Opening the show is Very Tiny Toads, the Brighton supergroup made up of Josephine Davies, Tim Wells and Angus Bishop. Second, Big Trio bless the stage - the relentless local quartet you’ve probably seen performing their brand of ‘jazz your friends like’. Third will be hosts Meet Your Heroes, a guitar trio fervently fusing math-rock and jazz. Finally we will witness Toast Club - the jazz-fusion aviators serving up breezy bangers, including their runaway hit Café Pacific. This is a free-entry event in the DIY spirit of the Alt Alt Escape. Pick-N-Mix - Packed to the brim with our favourite things, Resound Voices (a low-voice choir based in Brighton and Hove) brings your their latest show "Pick-N-Mix" - which combines a little bit of 'this' with a rather generous sprinkling of 'that'. Join us as we bring your our unique sound, showcasing a wide range of musical styles and genres, and featuring songs you might recognise - and a few you (probably) won't!

City Wall x Dave Clarke | CITY WALL invites you to a night to remember with The Baron of Techno, a maverick, a musician, DAVE CLARKE. Now living in Amsterdam Dave Clarke has roots here in Brighton where he was born and raised. Championed early by the late John Peel who affectionately labelled him The Baron Of Techno, Dave Clarke has been making music of his own since 1990. Along the way collaborating with and remixing iconic artists such as Depeche Mode, The Chemical Brothers, Underworld and New Order to Fontaines D.C. UNCUT JAMS presents Sally C b2b Dan Shake | Irish-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer Sally C brings a sense of fun to everything she does, blending ’90s house influences with breakbeat-driven bops. Teaming up with Dan Shake - another commanding force on the dancefloor - his genre-hopping sets move effortlessly from disco and speed garage to samba, and everything in between.

Folklore Sessions Presents; The Ocelots + Support 17th May 2026, The Folklore Rooms £14adv | 18+ "Everything, When Said Slowly is a joy to listen to-a haunting and majestic album" - KLOF "Steeped in classic singer-songwriter Americana, invoking everyone from vintage Neil Young to Sufjan Stevens. " - UNCUT The Ocelots are twin brothers Ashley and Brandon Watson from Wexford. Building on the folk-rock essence of their debut, the duo release of their highly anticipated second album, Everything, When Said Slowly, 7th February 2025. This album unveils a richer, more expansive sound, masterfully produced by long-time collaborators Cillian and Lorcan Byrne (Ailbhe Reddy, Susan O'Neill). The narrative woven throughout the album explores themes of Irish migration, the perception of time, love, and the simple joys of cycling. Blood harmonies are the centre of The Ocelots' sound - imperfections of a voice breaking or a tempo shifting. Recorded live in Orphan Recording Studios, by Gavin Glass (Lisa Hannigan, BellX1, David Keenan, John Grant, Villagers), the band's performances help form a driven, energetic scrapbook, coloured by flutes, synths, harmonica and harmonium. Kraftwerk at the Brighton Centre. Electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk and the much-celebrated robots return to the Brighton Centre bringing with them their constantly upgraded Multimedia Tour which began back in 2012 at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Part performance, part digital installation, the Kraftwerk live show is an unmissable audio and technological spectacle. After recently completing a hugely successful worldwide concert tour including a festival stealing appearance at Coachella, Kraftwerk legend Ralf Hütter is pleased to announce their first UK tour since 2017. They will perform 15 dates across the UK and Ireland in May and June 2026.

Folklore Sessions Presents; daresay + Nierra Creek + Llsn June 12th | The Folklore Rooms £10adv | 18+ daresay draws on a lineage of open, literate indie songwriting with touchstones like Death Cab for Cutie, Modest Mouse and The Dismemberment Plan alongside the lyrical directness of Frightened Rabbit. Small town living and fractured identities haven't really resolved with time. Having come through young adulthood, those same tensions settle into a shared sense of melancholy, forming the backbone of daresay's debut, self-titled EP. Featuring their debut single 'featherweight', which explores the disorientation of rebuilding a sense of self after losing the frameworks that once gave it shape. 'featherweight' reflects on identity as something formed, undone and reassembled through influence, doubt and distance. It sits with uncertainty rather than resolving it. daresay have always been in each other's lives, collaborating on projects throughout their teens and early twenties. Msb Mario El Niño de la Pili at The Folklore Rooms, Brighton (LIVE) Before the England game, start the night differently. For the first time in Brighton, Msb Mario "El Niño de la Pili" brings a raw, intimate live performance where spoken word, music and rhythm collide - immediate, physical and emotionally charged. Old Man Luedecke | Folklore Sessions Presents; Old Man Luedecke + Pierce Joyce 1st July 2026 | The Folklore Rooms £17adv | 18+ Old Man Luedecke is the recording name of two time JUNO award winning and Polaris prize nominated singer songwriter Chris Luedecke. A multiple East Coast Music Award winner known for his high energy banjo driven stompers, touching guitar ballads and dry humorous stories, Luedecke has been making a soundtrack to an authentic life for nearly twenty years. Born in Toronto and long time resident of the country near Chester Nova Scotia, Luedecke began recording in the early 2000's DIY folk scene of Halifax. He made his two JUNO winning albums for Black Hen Music in the late 00s with Steve Dawson as producer at Vancouver's famed Factory studio. While on a tour of England in 2009, he met and supported folk roots legend Tim O'Brien who produced Luedecke's next two albums.
